2SAY by ENZIMIX SRL Returns and Refunds Policy

Dear Customer,

ENZIMIX SRL is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, which is why we have established the following return and refund policies, applicable to both physical products purchased on our website and in-app purchases through 2SAY.

Physical Product Purchases

For purchases made on our website, we offer a return option for personalized products within 14 days of receipt. To proceed with a return, the product must be in its original, unaltered condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.

To initiate a return process, please contact our customer support at info@2say.eu. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

In-App Purchases

For in-app purchases via the 2SAY app:

  • Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: We offer two auto-renewing subscription plans: "YEAR PLAN" and "YOUNG PLAN," both valid for 12 months. The "YEAR PLAN" provides full access to all 11 paid collections, while the "YOUNG PLAN" provides access only to the first 6 collections, excluding the free one. Pricing and terms are clearly displayed within the app and during the purchase process.
  • Cancellation and Refund Rights: Due to the digital nature of our content, which can be downloaded and used immediately, we do not offer refunds for in-app purchases unless there are exceptional circumstances such as unresolved technical defects. In such cases, please contact technical support for assistance.
  • Functional Links: The app's description on app stores includes functional links to our privacy policy and terms of service, ensuring transparency and accessibility for users.
